Highland View
CSD tackled a challenging hillside development with extensive grading, earthwork, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure. Through value engineering and collaboration with the design team, we reconfigured lot placements to eliminate more than 40,000 CY of rock export, avoiding costly blasting and saving the client over $2 million. The project also included 7 miles of septic lines, seven stormwater ponds, DOT road widening, and installation of a 75” culvert. Despite multiple hurricanes and heavy rainfall, proactive erosion and stormwater management kept the project moving without shutdowns.
Jackson Springs
CSD handled comprehensive site preparation and development, including clearing and grubbing, detailed lot grading, and driveway culvert installation. Grading was completed to establish proper drainage and functional lots, while culverts maintained efficient water flow and site access. Final seeding and straw application stabilized the site and supported successful vegetation growth.
